How to whisk matcha?
- Place the stirrer in hot water for a few seconds to loosen the strings to soften the bamboo each time before using the matcha whisk.
- Put 1 teaspoon of matcha (1g) in the matcha bowl
- Pour warm water (80 degrees) into the bowl
- Whisk the matcha in a W-motion (or M-motion) for 20 seconds, enjoy!
