What is personal data and what data do we collect about you?
Definition personal data
Maratcha collects and processes your personal data. Personal data refers to any information that can be linked directly or indirectly (together with other information) to a natural, living person. By accessing www.maratcha.nl, www.maratcha.com, www.maracha.nl or our social media accounts, you agree to this privacy statement and you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in this privacy statement.
Processing personal data
‘Processing personal data’ is a legal phrase used to refer to any operation that is performed on personal data, such as collecting, recording, storing, updating, consulting, using, sending and deleting this data. The law defines personal data in broad terms, i.e. any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This therefore extends to more than just your name and address.
